Job Description :
Information Center Manager is primarily responsible for assisting Store Communication and Capacity Planning Manager to plan both in-out store communication strategies, manage day-to-day store information flows from either back office to sales in-store or from sales in-store to back office, and take leadership of some assigned/ adhoc project of Support Office team to help Sales team effectively achieve their performance.
Consolidate, verify, and summarize all office information related to sales team before communicating to stores according to store communication policies and procedures
Consolidate, verify, and response all concerns/ questions raised by sales in-store team and ensure those concerns/ questions are clarified
Plan and manage communication to stores based on appropriate timelines, channels, messages and targets
Monitor and deliver routine reports related to store communication as well as take a leadership to manage, analyze, and summarize data whether via MS. Excel or other tools
Take leadership part of information center improvement plan, policies, procedures, instructions, and sales performance impact based on information center managementDeliver other tasks as assigned by Store Communication and Capacity Planning Manager
Deliver other tasks as assigned by Store Communication and Capacity Planning Manager
Take a role of project leader of all new initiatives in 2019 i.e. 1) E-Library, 2) E-Learning, 3) Share drive between HQ & TFS Branch as well as other future assigned projects
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Economics or any related fields
Minimum 10 years in overall experience
At least 5 yrs. of Sales Support/ Operation experience, especially in retail business, credit card or insurance broker
At least 5 years in management level – Middle (team management& development)
A clear and dynamic communication, able to present marketing programs to diverse audiences and negotiate agreements with partners
Mature with strong people leadership and negotiation skills
Pleasant and outgoing personality
Work Location : KSPT Building, BTS Ploenchit, Bangkok
